Fine Lodging At Affordable Rates
Located on beautiful Lake Hamilton, just 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs
with its famous mineral baths, shopping, art galleries and live entertainment;
Oaklawn park with its racing and gaming facilities, shopping malls, Super
Wal-Mart, grocery stores, and numerous restaurants. One of the few remaining
places on Lake Hamilton with immediate access to swimming, where you can
moor your boat and walk to your room, and enjoy a relaxing bar-b-que on
one of our pavilions while you watch the sunset. Kitchenette and Motel
units are available. Each room has wireless internet, color cable TV, telephone,
and daily maid service.
PAVILIONS
Enjoy a bar-b-que and sunset on our lake front covered pavilion. Charcoal
grills, tables and chairs provide a relaxing view of the lake.
Our shade covered pavilion located adjacent to the Motel units has grills,
table and chairs too.
KITCHENETTE UNITS
Each unit is equipped with a 2 burner stovetop; pots, pans, skillet, dishes,
silverware, glasses, cooking utensils, under the counter refrigerator,
toaster, coffee maker, microwave. Two Queen size beds. Covered decks provide
a beautiful lake view. Each room has a locked storage closet for fishing
and/or boating gear.
This room will accommodate a maximum occupancy of four people, including
children.
MOTEL UNITS
Each unit has one Queen size bed, small refrigerator,
microwave, and coffee maker. This room will accommodate a maximum occupancy of
two people, including children.
DOCKS
Free boat mooring is available for our registered guests. We have two covered
boat docks with a total of 10 slips. All slips have electrical hookups.
Guests are welcome to fish off of either one of these docks or the seawall.
The State of Arkansas does require a fishing license for persons 16 years
of age and older.
We have one dock that is reserved for swimming only. Take a refreshing
dip in the lake or just sunbathe and enjoy the surroundings. There is no
lifeguard on duty and guest swim at their own risk. We do not provide towels
for swimming.
When making a reservation, we require one night’s deposit on a major
credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard , Discover and American Express.
We have a two night minimum (four nights on major holidays) unless otherwise
stipulated. Deposits will be refunded only if you cancel at least 72 hours
prior to 1:00 p.m. (7 days for groups with two or more rooms) of your arrival
date, unless otherwise stipulated.
A $20 processing fee will be charged on all cancellations, per room.
Because of our limited space, our facilities are reserved for our registered guests only. We are not able to accommodate their friends and families. We are a smoke free facility. We do not accept pets. Since our parking is limited, we can accommodate only one vehicle per room. All trailer parking is limited to the grass area adjacent to the office. There is no space on the paved areas for trailer parking and trailers cannot be towed down to the lower parking lot for loading and unloading.
