Downtown Hot Springs with its famous mineral baths, shopping, art galleries and live entertainment and attractions, Oaklawn park with its live thoroughbred and simulcast seasons and the Hot Springs Mall and the Outlet Malls are located within a 5 mile radius of our resort. All rooms have access to wireless internet.
Located on beautiful Lake Hamilton we have immediate access to boating, swimming and fishing
KITCHENETTE UNITS
Each unit is equipped with a 2 burner stovetop; pots, pans, skillet, dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils, under the counter refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave. Two Queen size beds. Covered decks. Beautiful lake view. Extra storage for fishing and/or boating gear.
This room will accommodate a maximum occupancy of four people, including children.
MOTEL UNITS
Each unit has one Queen size bed, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. This room will accommodate a maximum occupancy of two people, including children.
All units have color cable TV and telephones. We provide each room with towels and linens, except towels for swimming. Daily maid service is provided.
COVERED PAVILION
Enjoy a peaceful evening watching the boats on beautiful Lake Hamilton with a bar-b-que on our covered pavilion. Bar-b-que grills are located on both the covered and open pavilions and patio tables and chairs are provided for our guests use.
DOCKS
We have two covered boat docks with a total of 10 covered slips. Guests are welcome to fish off of these docks as well as the sea wall, but the State of Arkansas does require a fishing license.
We also have one dock that is reserved for swimming only. There is no lifeguard on duty and guests swim at their own risk. We do not provide towels for swimming.
Because of our limited space our facilities are reserved for our registered guests only. Due to numerous problems we no longer accept pets. Also, our parking is limited and our lots will accommodate only one vehicle per room.
When making a reservation, we require one night’s deposit on a major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard , Discover and American Express. We have a two night minimum (four nights on major holidays) unless otherwise stipulated. Deposits will be refunded only if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to 1:00 p.m. on your arrival date, unless otherwise stipulated.
