Monday - Thursday : 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm Friday - Sunday:      9am to 8pm We will have a answering machine on to take messages and will return your calls as soon as possible.  You will be able to Check in as usual. When making an In Season reservation we require one night's deposit on a major credit card.  We have a two night minimum stay on week-ends. (four nights on major holidays) unless otherwise stipulated. Deposits will be refunded only if you cancel at least 14 days prior to 1:00 p.m. of arrival date. (30 day cancellation policy for groups with two or more rooms or special event days)  unless otherwise stipulated. A $20 processing fee will be charged on all cancellations, per room. When making a Mid-Season or Off-Season reservation, we require one nights deposit on a major credit card. Deposits wills be refunded only if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to 1:00 p.m. of day of arrival. (A 30 day  cancellation policy on groups with two or more rooms or special event days) We will take 1 night reservation at these times upon availability except for special event days. A $20. processing fee will be charged on all cancellations, per room. Because of our limited space, our facilities are reserved for our registered guests only. We are not able to accommodate their friends and families. We are a smoke free facility. We do not accept pets. Since our parking is limited, we can accommodate only one vehicle per room. All trailer parking is limited to the grass area adjacent to the office. There is no space on the paved areas for trailer parking and trailers cannot be towed down to the lower parking lot for loading and unloading.
